CCSA's Recommended Reading on Cyber Conflict

This annotated bibliography seeks to highlight the major works in the field of cyber conflict. As the cyberspace domain touches upon other military domains – and civilian sectors of society – both domestically and internationally, it touches on a wide range of issues, ranging from tactical, operational, and strategic military, to economic and legal issues. To reflect this diversity of issues represented in cyber conflicts, the sources in this bibliography have been grouped accordingly.
